What Is EventStorming?

A rapid, collaborative workshop format that brings business experts and technical teams together to explore complex domains. Using colored sticky notes on a long wall, participants model business processes as sequences of domain events, uncovering insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Paul has been facilitating and teaching EventStorming since 2017 and has guided dozens of organizations through the method.

A 3-day on-site training where your cohort learns the EventStorming curriculum on days 1 and 2, then facilitates on your own business processes on day 3. Ongoing support afterward as they take it into real engagements.

Best for: Consultancies, enablement teams, CoEs, platform teams who want a repeatable internal practice

Virtual EventStorming workshop

For Individual Practitioners

Public Workshop

A scheduled virtual workshop that teaches you the EventStorming facilitation method alongside other practitioners. Smallest commitment, fastest entry point.

Best for: Individual developers, architects, coaches, product managers learning the method for the first time
